August 24 (5-7pm) - Naperville Polo Club Development Informational Meeting

The High Meadow HOA has received notification (see attached copy of the letter below) from Pulte Home Company, LLC regarding the acquisition and development approximately 110 acres of land located on the north side of 119th Street, east of Route 59, in unincorporated Will County and commonly known as the Naperville Polo Club property.
Preliminary development plans have been submitted to the City of Naperville for a residential subdivision to be known as "Naperville Polo Club." As depicted in the Illustrative Site Plan below, the proposed subdivision consists of three series of single family detached homes and a section of townhomes. In total, the proposed subdivision consists of 401 dwelling units. Pulte Home Company, LLC anticipates the project will move through the City's formal development process in the coming months.
We encourage you to attend an informational meeting for South Pointe and High Meadow residents to learn more about the project. The meeting will be run as an open house, with project plans available for review and Pulte representatives available to answer questions.
