Please download and fill out a Revocable Proxy.  Revocable Proxy Form.  Please fill out the Proxy and mail it to High Meadow c/o Real Manage, PO Box 803555, Dallas TX 75380-3555. What is a Revocable Proxy? The Annual Meeting of the HOA is held in October of each year. At that meeting, we have elections of board members and voting on any changes to the HOA Rules and Regulations.  10% or 61 homeowners (609 homes x 10%) must agree to hold the annual meeting. Because we will likely never get 61 homeowners to a meeting – instead we ask you to fill out a proxy for the Purpose of a Quorum only. This allows the Annual Meeting to be held. If you decide to attend the meeting, you can revoke your proxy by appearing in person. Your proxy does not give the board any ability to vote on your behalf – it is just for quorum purposes. This proxy is good for 11 years. This is a typical length of the time – previous proxies expired this past summer.
